The City of Sherman 1998 Comprehensive Plan was prepared to address issues of existing land use, planned land use, the thoroughfare system, and population and demographics. The document contains a thorough analysis of each of these areas, as well as maps, descriptive tables and photographs of the community. The Comprehensive Plan is customarily updated every 10 years. The 1998 plan is the most recent version. Copies of the Comprehensive Plan may be viewed at City offices in Sherman City Hall at 220 W. Mulberry. An electronic version is available online.
