Q. How do I become a vendor? A. Vendors may request to be placed on the the City's vendor list by sending a letter of request to the City. Please submit a catalog or any available product information along with the request. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 1106; Sherman, TX 75091-1106. Q. Do you have any open bids? A. Vendors may view a list of all open bids here on the web site. Vendors may also request specifications for open bids by calling the Purchasing Department at (903) 892-7215. Q. How do I submit a sealed bid? A. Sealed bids should be submitted to the to the Purchasing Department through the mail or in person. The City of Sherman does not currently accept faxed or electronically submitted bids. We are physically located in the Municipal Building, located at 405 N. Rusk. Our mailing address is P.O.
